Product Info for Devcon 15oz Tube 5minute Epoxyliquid 230-14200
Completely displaces water and cures in 5 minutes or less, even when submerged (sub-zero temperatures and pressures). The reactive, polyethyl alcohol used in the formula reacts with most inorganic and organic materials, forming a cross-linked polymer network. As the catalyst chemically reacts with the resin, bubbles and surface tension develop within the network, locking the molecules together so that they can pass information or force, initiating a chain reaction that cures the organic matter at a much faster rate. Use the 5-Minute Epoxy Liquid in place of water for most repairs, or use it to produce a permanently cured structural epoxy bond.
