Product Category Description:

Use both for prefiltration of particulate liquids prior to final sterilizing filtration, and for removal of particles and debris from liquids not requiring final sterilization. Incorporates two layers of Versapor* (acrylic copolymer) membrane: 0.8µm prefilter layer followed by 0.45µm final filter. Effective filtration area: 500cm2. Maximum operating temperature: 88°C (190°F). Maximum operating pressure: 3.4bar (50psid).

Polycarbonate housing is fitted with 12.7mm (1/2") male, barbed, hose fittings for rapid installation with flexible tubing. Bio-safe and disposable. Gamma irradiation sterilized. Not autoclavable and not suited for dry-heat applications. (Pall 12123)
