The Peak Design Universal Adapator is an ultra-thin phone adapter that makes almost any phone compatible with the Peak Design Mobile Ecosystem. The built-in magnetic locking technology (called SlimLink) is ultra secure and borders on magic. With the Universal Adapter, you can make almost any phone compatible with Peak Design Mobile mounts & accessories. The adapter installs with ultra-strong, ultra-durable, weatherproof 3M VHB adhesive (single use). It includes an alignment jig to help you install it perfectly every time. For those of you with no compromise style, the Universal Adapator will still provide a slim profile, brilliant aesthetics, and protection. But it will only work on smooth, flat, non-porous 3rd party phone cases. For those of you that want to flash the love, the Universal Adapator will still work with your phone's Apple MagSafe accessories. Wireless charging may not be possible or optimal with the adapter installed. However, most wireless charging accessories will still work just fine. The adapter is a half moon shape to match the iconic "Archimedes" style of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. With the Universal Adapter, the beautiful Half Moon logo is back by the side of the adapter. This is the first adhesive phone adapter since the patent pending MagSafe accessory integration that came with the original iPhone 6s. Every device that came after will work with the Universal Adapter. Simply slide the phone into the "Archimedes" slot and then press the adapter into place on the back of your phone. You're good to go!
