Product Info for Petzl Myo XP Headlamp
The Petzl MYO XP is a powerful 1 LED headlamp with 3 lighting levels and Boost mode. Similar to the award winning Tikka XP, but brighter. The line between far reaching Bulb headlamps and LEDs is becoming more blurry. The MYO XP will beam light up to 45 meters. So the complaint that LEDs aren't as powerful is still true, but they are catching up. Oh yeah, did we mention that this baby will last 170 hrs? That's 7 days mind you.
Features of Petzl Myo XP Headlamp:
- Powerful focused beam with 3 lighting levels (maximum, optimum, economic) and strobe mode, to adapt the light beam to activity and light duration needs.
- Boost mode: 50 % more light than the maximum level for 20 seconds (97 meters).
- Wide Angle lens for proximity lighting with a diffuse beam.
- battery charge indicator light : warns when batteries are 70% and then 90% discharged
- Battery level indicator.
- Buttons are protected to avoid accidental operation.
- Top strap included (not attached) to prevent the headlamp from sliding down, if needed.
- Light beam can be easily aimed where desired.
- Adjustable and comfortable elastic headband.
- Water resistant for all-weather use.
- 3 AA Batteries included
