The GoPro comes out very easy I was hoping for a little bit more pressure to fit it in and it only works with the hero 3+ housings not the regular hero3 it has no screw holes in the adapter the photo is misleading

Product Info for Phone Skope GoPro Hero and Adapter Plate

Phone Skope's GoPro Hero 3+ & 4 Adapter Plate is one of two required pieces and allows you to use your GoPro for digiscoping. The GoPro Hero 3 + & 4 Adapter Plate slides over the original GoPro housing camera cut out using a friction-based fit. Slide the adapter plate over the housing and then lock in the optic adapter (sold separately).image
