The Princeton Tec FRED Headlamp is a red-light version of P-Tec's popular FUEL light. With the growing demand for red lights to help preserve users' night vision, the Princeton Tec FRed is bound to be a popular entry in their line of head-mounted lighting. This versatile light is built with the same design as the FUEL, but with a single red LED alongside the 3 white LEDs. Otherwise, it's the same top-notch headlamp - same styling and ergonomics, same ease of use, same lightweight design. The Princeton Tec Fred Red LED Headlamp will always turn on in the low mode of the Red LED, so you never have to accidently blind yourself or any other people. To enable the three white LEDs, just hold the button down for 1.5 seconds.image
