The Equalizer 2" Adjustable Shank is designed for use with 6K, 10K, 12K, and 14K no-shank models of the Equalizer Sway Control Hitch. You can accommodate most combinations of tow vehicle and trailer with one of these Car & Truck Struts from Progress MFG. This Progress MFG Car & Truck Struts fits standard 2" or 2-1/2" receiver tubes. The hell with out towing a mirror! True but not really the same as an actual equalizer. An actual equalizer provides a false sense of security but really provides a safety net for those trailering vehicles in rough waters or on slick roads. It will help you stop rolling over during emergency maneuvers, too. The Equalizer 2" Adjustable Shank by Progress MFG is great for towing emergency gear, such as a boat or ATV.
