Had a few further issues including rounds stuck under the follower. However after talking to ProMag customer support the stuck round issue has been resolved and the magazine seems to run well when not fully loaded. More testing is still required but ...

So far I have ten rounds with ten failures to feed from this magazine. Maybe it's just growing pains, if it turns out to need breaking in I will update the rating to reflect that but as of right now I am highly unimpressed
