Propper® Translucent Tape is a handy product to have in an autoclave environment where it is essential that all liquids - including urines - be contained. The clear tape, which functions as a great lubricant and works to keep all flora and fauna present in the autoclave in good condition, is easy to see and touch, and can be removed easily. When exposed to steam sterilization, the transparent tape becomes colorless to ensure the safety of all clinical personnel. Propper Translucent Tape is suitable for use in a sterilization process in which steam sterilization is the only option. It is important that the sterilization process used is in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations to ensure the safety of the product and those who use it. Suitable for use with any clear, flexible film or paper product, including flexible bags/containers/deodorizers containing a minimum amount of water. Not recommended for use with gelatinous or opaque films.
