Developed to meet the needs of high risk, explosive entry teams the new Body Bunker® Breacher Shield offers the performance you can expect from a Pro-Tech Type IIIA ballistic shield with added protection against 17 gr. fragmentation with a v50 of 2078 feet per second (fps).image

Features of Pro-Tech Body Bunker Breacher Type IIIA Shield:

  • Manufactured with advanced composite, high-performance polyethylene fiber
  • Curved rectangular design for added protection against angled shots
  • Shield "Wing" Design to allow the shield to stand freely and provide additional protection
  • Large 4" x 16" (10.16cm x 40.64cm) multi-layered viewport for multiple-hit capability
  • Viewport curved 18" for optimal peripheral vision
  • Integrated Helmet Forehead Padding System used for bracing.
  • Horizontal Foot Brace provides the operator improved stabilization.
  • Standoff Strapping System for optional multi-position carrying and standoff protection.
  • Independently tested against 17gr. fragmentation and NIJ 0108.01 type IIIA rounds and velocities
