Is this actual Q brand? There is supposed to be a little cut out on the hand guard to get to the adjustable gas block. I do t see it in these pictures

Just got mine delivered (6 in) and it does have the gas block cutout on the right side

Will this hand guard fit over a deadair sandman S that is 1.5 inches in diameter

The diameter of the handguard is 1.54 so probably not
