Exclusive formulation of TD-5011-V caps ensures highest possible recovery rate, greater protection against fire and smoke and lower extinguishing costs. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) offers excellent chemical and temperature resistance and high chemical resistance to DOT test requirements. Unlined caps feature an extra wide mouth to accommodate filling and sealing devices without leaking. Long sealing area provides enhanced protection against unwanted backflow of hazardous materials into the building. Large or small volumes can be secured by inserting the polyethylene plug into the larger opening at the desired location and turning the plug clockwise to close. The plug easily removes by turning the cap firmly onto the container. Convenient flat ground steel ring on the cap provides an initial tightening point. Large diameter provides excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
