Product Category Description:

High-quality black phenolic caps have a distinctive, orange pulp color with a vinyl liner. The high-quality lining is formulated to chemically react with the lining of the cap, providing additional protection against unwanted reactions. The peel-open design of the lining is easy to remove, even with gloves. The acid-resistant lining is color-fast and will not darken with age. Caps are ideally suited for protecting and storing Qorpak vials and tubes. Not recommended for steam sterilization due to potential glass fragments. Not recommended for direct body contact with food (glass or plastic) due to possible damage to the finish. The lining must be removed before first use.
