The smooth interior surface allows for easy filling and pouring. The jars have an extra-thick construction for greater product support and to provide full vacuum or near-static (gas) seals. The wide mouth design provides easy lid opening with a spray head or without a spray head. The hinged polypropylene (PP) lids have extra reinforcement at the hinged area to allow for an extra-high vacuum or for sealing a gasket. Side wall flanges feature double sealing strips. Large, clear polycarbonate (MGO) front and back labels simplify product identification. Large, colored polycarbonate (MGO) front and rear lids with white or orange highlight provide good chemical resistance and optical clarity. With Qorpak Qor-Max seals on both lid and base, product testing and chemical resistance testing can be performed with confidence.
