I know that a JP Enterprises .750 adjustable gas block fit under my A2 armament M LOK Aethon rail. But to be able to access the locking allen screw for the gas block, took some die grinding work, and a little touch up marker. JP Enterprises JPGS -5S is a fairly large gas block.
