Can this be used with any pic attachments other than Accu-Tac?

Yes, it is a 1913 Picatinny Rail so as long as your mount is meant to fit standard specs, you can mount any other accessory.

I remember buying an Accutac rail for my Remington 700 fore-end to mount bipod, the stated specs did show a 2 inch bolt spacing. Trying to find again

The rail is a 2.5" overall length and there's a 48mm span between the bolts.

No, this is for a standard handguard. You will need a keymod compatible rail.
