Calculate your M@R (Mils at a particular distance), Yards / 100 x 3.6. Take your miss in inches and divide it by your M@R for your turret correction in Mils.

you should be able to convert the answer you get in MOA to MILLS just by the fundamental units of the metric system. 1 inch per 25.4 millimeters
or 1 milliradian equals 3.44 moa.
