No. It would be illegal to install this on a pistol without first filing the NFA paperwork to make it a SBR.

There is no way to use it as a pistol brace so it would legally be considered a stock.

This is a stock not a brace , you can legally shoulder a pistol brace at this current time I’d recommend looking at the offerings from sb tactical if your building a pistol.

You can’t mount ar pistol! Until get the SBR. You can use any kind pistol brace or pistol blade.
