I have an Adam's arms ar with the 5.56 m4 setup my lower is Adam's arms aswell but says multi cal. will this fit on my lower?

Yes, without a doubt! The mag well is good for 5.56 as well as 300 blk.

Can you put this on a lower with no buffer tube? I'm looking to put a 300 Blk upper on an MCX lower, but MCX uppers are pricey and hard to come by.

Is this not recommended for use with subs? Adams arms says only the low mass bcg is reccomended for cycling the slow and heavies. Experience?
