Yes, if the VR80 has a mil-spec buffer tube.

The VR80 comes with a commercial buffer tube so this will not fit a VR80 with the default configuration from the factory. However, you can purchase a conversion plate for around $40 from M3 Tactical Tech that will allow you to use a mil-spec buffer tube and then this stock will fit. As well as any other mil-spec stock.

if you squeeze one of the mil-spec buttstocks over the commercial buffer tube you'll barely if it all be able to move it or adjust it you might not be able to get it off very easily without using two feet in both hands like me. if you're lucky as I am you'll have to tap the receiver to 1 3/16" 16tps to I stall put your milspec buffer tube. buy your at3 plate and chef's kiss. 65$ for the tap. be very careful when taking the screw off the back of the vr80 stock buffer you may lose functionality of a knuckle if you allow that spring to unload on you, I don't know anything about it. still hurts tho

Even though the buffer tube that comes with the VR80 is not mil-spec it does fit really well without any modification.
