No, it will not. This is for 12 gauge Remington 870's. The TAC14 is designed and is classified by the NFA as a Firearm. Any changes made to the factory pistol grip will change the NFA classification and make it subject to NFA regulation. Putting a stock on the TAC14 would do just that.
