This is the deep socket version, you would need the standard socket model instead.

Yes, this muzzle brake will work on your upper. As long as the thread pitch on the barrel matches your brake threads. And also as long at the QD tooth mount matches. I believe the 762 sdn-6 is a 51T mount and this will fit it perfectly since its a 51T brake.
