2 pics, the first one has the measurements 1/2-(I could only assume the #28 followed the dash).And the 2nd pic is the 762 brake.Which one is w/ order?

This model is the 7.62/.308 version for 5/8x24 threaded barrels.

does this include a shim kit? also, do you carry the flush mount version?

This does not include the shim kit. The flush mount version is currently unavailable from the manufacturer.

which of the two is this, the flush mount or the "deep" socket? you have two different pictures.
