This complete upper receiver does not include a BCG or Charging Handle.

The Aero Precision 5.56 CMV Barrel w/ Pinned FSB 20" model comes with a triangle handguard cap.

Can a delta ring be attached and is the front sight base easily removed and reattached?

The delta ring assembly kit is necessary and sold separately. The front sight block is factory pinned and do not recommend removing.
