Can I run a h buffer with a 556 and a 762 x39 upper? Will everything cycle properly? I may build a 450 bushmaster upper as well. — 2 Answers

It depends on a few things like barrel length, but I would recommend an H3 for the heavy calibers.

Ty. I'm running a 16in 556 And a 16in 762 x 39 barrel on my uppers. The h buffer is going in a lower I'm assembling for a 1 and 7 twist 16 in wylde barrel carbine upper. I keep reading an h buffer has some advantages over a standard 3 oz buffer.
