Will this spring work on a .300 black out pistol with a 10.5” SOCOM style barrel?

Will this spring handle subsonic rounds ?

That is correct however the buffer weight is best to experiment and depending on your configuration, you will need to tune to support your platform

Flat spring?

This is a Mil-Spec carbine buffer spring intended for new builds or as a direct replacement for worn out parts.

Will this help recoil on my 10.5 upper? I’ve already mounted a 3 prong flash hider hoping for the suppressor to knock some of the recoil down a bit.
