Aero Precision does not state the spacing of the set screws with the Aero Precision AR15 Low Profile Gas Block. I recommend contacting Aero Precision for that information.

On the back of the retail packaging for Aero 0.750 low profile gas block, it clearly states 0.485 set screw spacing.

I have 3 that have .485 spacing. The screw closest to the receiver is in line with the gas port on the barrel. If you want to dimple the front screw position, you can do so after you get the gas block.
