The Aero Precision Complete Upper Receiver M4E1-T, S-One Hanguard has an internal diameter of 1.3". The Witt Machine & Tool Co. SME Sound Mitigation Equipment Slimline has an outside diameter of 1.25". So it should fit but it will be tight.
