The Aero Precision M4E1 16in 5.56mm Complete Upper Receiver does not include a charging handle or BCG. The charging handle and BCG at the link below will work with the Aero Precision M4E1 16in 5.56mm Complete Upper Receivers. Besides the charging handle and BCG these uppers come assembled with everything else.
