Does the handguard come in keymod?

The EM-15 is the M-Lok and the EK-15 is the Keymod.

EM should be M-Lok and EK should be Keymod.

What BCG do I get for a .223 Wilde if I wanted to run some 556 through it sometime?

223 Wylde chambered barrels are designed to run both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO which have the same case rim. Using any standard BCG that has a 5.56 rated bolt would work for both .223 and 5.56.
