Is this barrel threaded? Can you take the flash hider off

That is correct, this barrel is threaded to 1/2x28 and the flash hider can be removed with an armorers wrench.

The Aero Precision M4E1 5.56 Enhanced Complete Upper Receivers do not come with a BCG or Charging Handle. The BCG and Charging Handles at the links below will work.
