Only the enhanced upper has the built in. Non enhanced have the normal thread.

What’s the diameter of the inside of the 9 inch? I want to run a 1.5 inch suppressor can that will be sitting inside and I want it to fit.

These have a 1.72" inside diameter so your suppressor should fit.
