Has anybody ever had an issue with the optic turning slightly when tightening optic rings? I have had the same issue with 2 different optics. — 4 Answers

That's just how these are. Rotate the top turret away from the ring screws by a few degrees. Tighten the rings with the supplied torx wrench. Check for level. It usually takes me about 3 tries. Once the scope is level, retighten the ring screws with the supplied torx wrench, after about 30 minutes.

Yes. I have 2 of their ultralight mounts and
both had this issue because of how tge rings are tightened down. I solved it by slanting my scope in the opposite direction just a touch so that final extra turn from the ri gs brought it back to level...takes a couple of tries to get it right. excellent mount otherwise but I do not recommend it for a long range precision build for this reason.

I would be curious as to what the answer is. I had to rotate my optic and then tighten it down so that it would rotate into a level position. It took many attempts to do this. Not real pleased
