No, it will not. Agency Arms does state the Gen 4 model will fit, which can be found here:

Based on the way the guide rod actually goes inside the comp as the slide moves back, I would assume the Gen 3 model would not work. The guide rod for the Gen 5 is more similar to the Gen 4 guide rod in size. It may be the case that the Gen 4 model may work on the Gen 5 but I cannot confirm that.
