I got the v2 19-256. Yes you can see and record with your smartphone. The scope has its own ability to record as well. It’s not a SD card tho. You use a USB to connect it to a computer to see internal memory.

There’s an app called AGM Connect. It allows you to see the screen, record, and make some adjustments. The scope itself is capable of recording as well. A usb cable is connected directly from a computer to the scope to extract this content. This is also how you do software updates. It’s not hard. There are plenty of YouTube videos that show step-by-step instructions. None of this is required for use, but it does bring out the full potential.
