Does this come with a head mount (skull crusher)?

The unit is whichever is specified, either 2, 2+, or 3.

Are these the same as "PRG defense p14" which had the salvaged tubes from pvs5c used to make two monoculars from the dual tube pvs5? Very similar.

These are different from the P14 models! P14 used FAT ANVIS tubes, while the WOLFs use a glass to glass tube system and are easier to helmet mount!
