i was wondering what the differance between 1/3 co- witness and absolute co-witness thabks

Lower 1/3 Co-Witness Height will allow standard height AR15 iron sights to be in the lower 1/3 of the sight picture when looking through a red dot. Absolute co-witness will put a red dots reticle at the same height as a standard height AR15 front sight.
