I would say the hole spacing is about 1.575". I say this because MLOK spacing is 20mm and Picatinny spacing is 0.394". It looks like 4 Picatinny slots (1.576"), and 2 MLOK slots (40mm, 1.575").

Well, being the total length is 2-1/2", I'd say no.
