No, after 24 hours of non use the optic shuts off and the power button must be pressed to turn back on.

Is the lense 39mm or 22mm the description is confusing and misleading?

Hello,

Those heights are referring to the mount and not the lens of the optic. The optical centerline would be 39mm and 22mm respectively.

Yes, it will fit! the Duty sights and Micro sights have the same mounting footprint, the only difference for the Duty will be the extra width on the base of the optic may hang off the side of the mount, this will not change functionality of effectiveness.

Does the Duty rds have the same footprint as the T2?

It is very similar, the Duty RDS will attach to a T-2 footprint mount, however the edges of the optic body will hang off of T-2 mount due to the design of the optic body and mounting face.

yes it will I have one and mine does just fine definitely recommend it it's a really clear really crisp and the glass is outstanding no blue tint just like the older model might have blue tint but this one doesn't definitely recommend it it's a great great Red Dot
