No it will not. This mount is a QRP3 model. The Aimpoint pro seems to be a QRP2 mount.

Yes, it will if you remove it the PRO from its stock mount. It will require a spacer to go with it to obtain the correct height over rail on an AR. This setup is similar if not identical to the original M68s from the early GWOT era.
