Will these fit Springfield pistols?

The pistol bore sight kit will fit in all revolvers as well as semi automatic and single shot pistols. The laser bore sight fits in the chamber so as long as the pistol is chambered in one of the calibers included in the kit it will fit.

Will the ar40sw work for sighting in a 10mm xdm springfield armory pistol?

Yes the AR40 will bore sight the 10mm. You will also need the 30 carbine laser but it is included with the pistol bore sight kit.
