Can I cook meat and other healthy foods with it?

You can pressure cook chicken, beef, pork, etc. in this pressure cooker, and in a lot shorter time. So the short answer is yes. You can also can those meats in a pressure canner. However pick the size you need for "cooking" with if you are not canning with it. A smaller size will do your cooking while a larger size may be needed to fit quart canning jars in it.

Is this pressure cooker / canner made of Stainless Steel ? I have bought 3 pressure cookers and all 3 were advertised as Stainless Steel were aluminum
