Yes the rope is 52'' long it will work in either a handgun or rifle.

Yes if you buy the .22 caliber borenado it will work in these calibers.

That will depend on which model you are interested in. The rifle caliber models should be long enough to accommodate a 20" barrel.

Yes, you can use MPN:70581 for a .30-06 as it has a .308 bore diameter
