This mount will offer enough clearance for a 56mm scope with lens caps.

Im getting vortex razor gen 2 4.5 x 27 x 56mm for a tikka t3x lite in a mdt ess. Should this work with it? And what rail should i get?

This mount will offer enough clearance for a 56mm scope with lens caps. If mounting to a Tikka T3x Lite, you will need a picatinny rail scope base, like the one found here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/dnz-products-freedom-reaper-picatinny-rail-tikka-t3-t3x.html

I have a 30mm Trijicon AccuPoint 5-20x50 scope. I will be mounting it on a Ruger Precision Rifle. Will this mount Work with my set up ?

Yes it will work. I might recommend getting a mount with 0 MOA as the stock rail on the Ruger Precision already has 20 MOA built into the rail, which can be found here:
