Update to my previous answer: This lever is not compatible with this mount because Unity Tactical uses a proprietary nut. This quote is directly from their FAST Micro product download: “Compatible ADM QD Lever Kit with proprietary nut (see reference image) available exclusively from Unity Tactical and their dealers. USING A STANDARD ADM NUT COULD DAMAGE YOUR MOUNT AND WILL VOID WARRANTY.

Yes. A Google image search for that specific optic mount shows it with ADM’s standard aluminum lever. This titanium assembly is a direct replacement for that. It’s good to go.

Yes it definitely works with Unity Fast Micro Mount and also with Fast FTC OMNI.
