6 volt with the springs (rechargeable of course) but beware the new plastic sunslinger model. it is garbage

Does this varmint cage keep raccoons from getting at the corn?

The cage helps some but the racoons will destroy the plastic on the new model before you have to worry about it too much.

How do you adjust the screw to alter the amount of gravity flow

You would adjust the mounting brackets. But this unit is complete trash. The old model was awesome but the 2.0 is not worth putting out.
