Is there a specific reason that the front sight height on the glock 19 gen 4 sights is .18 high and the Glock 19 gen 5 front sight height is .2?

These heights were calculated using factory specs. The Gen5 19 has a 6.1 mm ream and the Gen4 has a 6.5 mm rear. The Gen5 sights need a shorter rear or taller front, compared to Gen3,4, to keep proper POA

No, these are for Glocks, not CZ - Ameriglo does not make sights for CZ pistols.

You would use GL-241, for the 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39.

Will this work on a Gen 3 Glock 19, or will the front sight height be too high.
