Are these bullets the standard copper color FMJ coating, or are they the 'yellow' dip coated?

These Ammo, Inc. 9mm Luger 115 Grain Full Metal Jacket Centerfire Projectiles are copper jacketed projectiles with no yellow coat like a lot of other polymer coated projectiles.

These are for projectiles only. No powder, primer, or brass.

No, this is just the projectile. Not 9mm ammunition.
