These are ASC 25rounds mags, blocked with a plastic piece on top of pinched corners of the mag which are not displayed in photo which also stop the follower. So not these specifically, but ASC does make them without the restricted capacity.
Apparently, per the description, you can only put 10 rounds in this magazine. Yeah, I know CA has a 10-round restriction, but most of the country does not. So a 10-round block in in 25 round magazine is ridiculous when it could still be sold to free states in the US.
