this one would probably be good because it's big enough to cover the area that the old site would leave showing and it would work just fine just make sure you know the diameter of your barrel so you get the right one.

will this gas block work with 7.62x39 built system

It will work on any direct impingement AR15 regardless of caliber, as long as the barrel has a .750 gas channel.
